Description
The 20L Conche Refiner is a compact chocolate refining and conching machine with a hot water jacketed tank and manganese steel grinding bars.
With a maximum capacity of 20L, it grinds chocolate mass to 20-25 microns in 8-10 hours. The main motor is 1.5kW, electrical heating power is 0.6kW, and the machine weighs only 295kg with outside dimensions of 920*600*1110mm.
