Description
The 100L Conche Refiner refines and conches up to 100L of chocolate mass per batch, achieving a grinding fineness of 20-25 microns.
It features a hot water jacketed tank, a 5.5kW main motor and 2.5kW electrical heating. Grinding time is 12-16 hours, total weight is 1050kg and outside dimensions are 1200*1150*1050mm.
The machine is made of food-grade stainless steel and suits small and medium chocolate factories.
