Description

The Storage Tank is a double-jacketed chocolate holding tank combining melting, stirring and storage functions. It includes a mixer, complete control panel, and temperature control for water and chocolate, with top-driven gate-type stirrers.

Available in 500L, 1000L and 1500-5000L capacities, with main motor power of 1.1-5kW, electrical heating of 5-15kW and heat preservation power of 2.5-5kW.

Made of 304 stainless steel, it conforms to food safety requirements, with ball or butterfly valve outlets and geared motor drive for reliable operation.

It's 304 SS for outside and inside the tank. Moreover, we can use 316 SS if customer needs.

Our chocolate holding tank is double jkt and with electrical heaters at bottom.Customer just needs to fill the water into the jkt before running. So it does not need accessories like gas or vapor.

It's a pity that our chocolate holding tank cannot be connected to outer hot water circulation. The reason is our chocolate holding tank is not a pressure vessel, which means it cannot bear the pressure/vapor which caused from outer hot water circulation. But we can add a water pump for inner hot water circulation.
