Description
The Chocolate Melting Tank is one of the main machines in chocolate production, used for melting cocoa butter, palm oil and other fats. It is designed with a double jacket and hot water pipes inside the tank.
Three capacities are available: 200L, 500L and 1000L, with motor power of 1kW, 1.5kW and 2.2kW, and 4kW electrical heating for the water tank. A 120W circulation water pump keeps the temperature uniform.
Depending on capacity, both cylinder and rectangle shapes are available. With a double jacket pipeline and chocolate pump, it enables automatic feeding and avoids contamination of raw materials.
